  • Order Cancellation by Kuh: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Product out of stock.

    • Inaccurate or unverified delivery address or phone number.

    • Suspicion of fraudulent payment or fake COD bookings.

  • Order Cancellation by Customer: You may request to cancel your order within 2 to 4 hours of placing it, provided the package has not already been processed or dispatched to the courier.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Terms

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan via our authorized courier partners.

  • Refusal of COD Orders: Refusing delivery at your doorstep without a valid reason damages courier operations. Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be blacklisted from future purchases or restricted to prepaid payment methods only.

  • Prepaid Options: Online payments made via debit/credit cards or digital wallets are secured through encryption. Kuh does not store or save your card numbers or sensitive financial data.
